The event highlights the need for businesses to rethink and reinvent their approaches by leveraging data and new technologies. It also emphasizes how accessible prototyping and funding have become, thanks to modern advancements. In essence, the project invites everyone to see how innovation and creativity can drive new possibilities in the digital age.
About B
The B-cut design focused on the audience and the empowering idea that anyone has the potential to transform themselves. By tapping into technology, ideas, data, creativity, and design, individuals can continuously adapt, learn, and unlock new advantages in a fast-changing world. At the heart of the concept is the notion that everyone can become their own kind of superhero — not through fantasy, but through access to tools, knowledge, and imagination. These “superpowers” enable people to take control, respond creatively to challenges, and reimagine what's possible. It's a call to see design not as a skill for the few, but as a mindset for everyone ready to change the game in work, life, and beyond.

About A
For our first design, we embraced a “design by data” concept. The idea was to create a platform where people could collaboratively generate content, resulting in a diverse array of outcomes. While each contribution would be unique, a cohesive system would keep the overall identity consistent and recognisable. In this approach, the final outcome is not predetermined. Instead, it is shaped by participation — the form, volume, and variety of inputs all influence the result in real time. Much like a digital platform, there are basic rules and structures in place, but within those, people have the freedom to interact, contribute, and express themselves. The final visual becomes a reflection of everyone who engaged with the system, turning the design into a living, evolving expression of collective creativity.

The superhero idea is fun, but the 'design by data' approach fits better. It aligns more closely with our focus on digital, data, and technology, and brings a clearer, more innovative process.
The client was drawn to this direction for how clearly it communicates participation and shared authorship. Rather than presenting a finished idea to be consumed, the design becomes a framework that evolves through interaction. It speaks to the spirit of openness and co-creation that defines today’s digital culture. The concept also aligns with how people engage online — contributing, remixing, and shaping content together. This made the approach feel more relevant, dynamic, and ultimately more inclusive, which is why it was selected as the final direction.
